Vision and Inspiration

I am Daniele Violoni, known as The Lord of Truffle, Truffle Sommelier® and Certified Sensory Judge, trained by the Centro Studi Assaggiatori. Following the vision of pioneers such as Roberto Ponzio and Giacomo Morra — who in 1928 founded the International White Truffle Fair of Alba — I honour the tradition of Truffle, elevating it to the highest international level through bespoke prestigious events.

Consultant and Ambassador

I work alongside companies and professionals to help them succeed with Truffle through expert selection, project design, budget planning, Truffle–Food–Wine pairings and communication.

I support organisers of fairs and exhibitions with high-profile, media-driven Truffle activities. I am Ambassador of the 45th Salone Nazionale del Bianco Pregiato di Città di Castello.

Beyond my credentials as an AIS Sommelier, I constantly innovate my approach to luxury events through an international network, including the Confrérie Mondiale de la Gastronomie: Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
